In reality I has realize that there was a lot of factor could be influent our daily living style. It could affect our thinking towards the pattern of life that we would want to live on. Those factors that motivate me giving me energy to have such thinking was desire to earn money, desire to have better living style and also the experiences gained.

We will be only able to start up our dream if we have enough funds. Thus, desire of earning money was giving me energy and motivation to work harder to earn more money. The more funds that I could save up, the easier I start up what I want to do. It was giving me high satisfaction after I has achieving my target in earning money within certain period given.

Secondly was the desire to have better living style that motivating me, giving me the greatest encouragement to have earlier planning of my future. Better living styles able to let me enjoy the most relax lifestyle that away from stressful, make me free from restriction on expenses used up on my daily entertainment.

Lastly was the experiences gained is giving me a great amount of personal satisfaction and enjoyment. It was the factor that giving me energy and motivate me always in my daily life. From experiences gained, I able to judge the matters I faced easily and quickly. Thus, allow me to make accurate judgment and decision that result me in positive result.

As my age now, I realize that I was lack of experiences in several perspectives such as social experiences, working experiences and others. Without experiences of past, we will easily get failure in our task and hard to perform our task well. High experiences enable me have quick response towards obstacle facing based on our experiences. Beside it easier me to have better strategic planning in task based on our experiences and knowledge to minimize mistake occur.

Apart from this, I was also weak in interflow of social networks. A social network able to provide me the alternative to share idea, collaborate idea, get important information, search for partners and others. We will not able to be an entrepreneur if we are going entrepreneurship alone. Social networks it allows me to get crucial information to assist me in strategy formulation which is the resources and support required for entrepreneurship.

Besides, I was also lack of business dealing skill that was critical for retention of customer in entrepreneurship. It is important to us to build up a good relationship with people such as customers, investors and others. A good reputation gain from public will be based on the attitude and skill that we gave when dealing with them.

From the description above that has been mentioned, the most critical factor that gives me energy was monetary follow by experiences and lastly was desire of better living style. This is because we firstly required money to start up our task and only can start to develop our task better by experiences person. Besides that, I also has conclude the factors that has most influence that take away my energy and motivation which is firstly come by lack of experiences followed by lack of social networks and lastly was lack of dealing skill in business trade.

Thus, I have planned that in next 20 years; I would want to be an owner of a restaurant that selling various type of cuisine and having several branches around Malaysia. I realize that food services business is one of the critical services that contribute huge amount of profit return since it has large range of targeted customer. Afterwards, I must have a better living style that providing me highest relaxation in daily life without restriction to the poor living environment and others

Besides, I wish to has my own schedule working style in future that are not tight to the 9-5 working style. The working style that is belonging to me allows me to done my task in my own ways without any restriction from superior. At the same time, I wish I could get the highest profit return from restaurant business as it was my main resources for my income. The profit earning should be minimum RM 20K monthly. As I would spend up 50% of my income for my parents living spending. The rest will be expenses for my house installment, car installment, entertainment and others.

All of these factors has been greatly influent my thinking and motivate me to take action in start the journey of venturing a restaurant. However, with the growth of competitor in food and services business trade, it was repels me toward this ideal life existences. Thus, I was required to plan well before to start my entrepreneurship to minimize the chance get fail in my venturing.

Idea Generation

In order to enable me get success in future, I was required to have creative thinking over others people. The ability of continuous of idea generation would increase the chance for my successful. This is due to the demand of surrounding is changing rapidly and continuous of idea generation will able us to response quickly to the chance accordingly. For example, I need to think on what type of product is famous in trend nowadays, and how to promote those products. Neither could it be through online selling start with promotion of buy one free one. Or it could being promoted out by giving free cash voucher with very purchase to attract customer for second purchasing. It is consider useful as long as the ways is workable and return in idea result.

It is critical to guarantee the successful of a business.

For the reason that turn off my energy in running this business was lack of interest that motivates me to involve in these business. Next, will be the effect of country economy level towards the business operation has seriously turn off my energy in running these business. Especially, the business chosen is involved in huge start up cost and requiring high level of man power involvement that would be another costing occurs. It could easily cause failure when there are changes of economy level such as economy crisis especially when there was no proper capital control over this business.

Personal History

I would like to start my own business someday because I knew that I was not able to get success if I do not take any action to start my planning. Consequently it is hard to get dream come true if I am just keep think on what should do without any action carry out. Besides that, I was also realizing that if we do not dare to take risk to carry out our planning, there will be no ideal return back for us.

Therefore, it is obviously shown that entrepreneurship required a lot of component to consider and make wise decision before to start up a business. The return from business will be seriously affected by the decision made and also the ways how we conduct out the business. At the same time it is also critical part of us on how the ways we solve the obstacle faced in order to minimize the change of getting failure and minimize the chance of successful.

In past, right after I have finished my secondary studies, I has worked as part time waiters at Chinese cuisine style restaurant in Penang. It is my chance to learn how they work systematically to running up the restaurant business flow. It is a good chance for to me analyze the critical component that affect successful of a restaurant business and also how they contribute to restaurant.

What I have learned during the time, was useful for me in my future planning of restaurant venturing. Afterwards, I was further my study to TAR College at Penang and yet I was still continuing work as part time in that restaurant. It was a valuable chance for me to learn how to manage my time properly between works and also studies. It is help me a lot in management of time schedule properly so that I would not miss up anything between study and work.

But so far until now since I am still currently having my studies; therefore I never have been for a full time job before. However, I was realize that no matter what task is being handled, we should complete it with full of our responsible to avoid loss of profit.

Necessary soft skills such as personal qualities and others will be required as well so we could achieve high satisfaction from customer when dealing with them. It also will help us to keep our job in good performance and keep our job move ahead in our career. Apart from these, it is critical on our attitude treating toward the people that we supervised. A better attitude dealing with them could bring us advantages in our job completion.

The main reason I was decided to work part time after studies was the desire to gain experiences, the important of experiences can enhance my agility of response towards change of environment. Besides that, since I was interest in venturing in food services trade, it is a good chance for me to learn how the management being build up in the restaurant, how the flowing is being carry out such as purchasing of food ingredients, arrangement make on reservation from customer and etc.

After being working as part time waiters for 2 year, I have learned on how to manage my own self better in different perspective such as in time management, my task schedule management and also my studies management.

Besides, I was also learned the lesson on the important of manner when treating others people. We should always carry out communication when having facing problem or when there was disagreement of opinion but not keep blaming the failure caused by others. This will be a great way to manage people how to act in daily task or else misunderstanding would become worst among each others.

Besides that, I also have several activities for my leisure time which are swimming, having cycling, and badminton and also playing chess. Throughout all these activities, it allows me to build up a strong stamina body and also make me felt fresh all the time. Consciously, I could able to think rationally and correctly all the time when making decision.

Besides that, throughout all these activities, I able to make more friends during activities being carried out and it is important for me to build up my own self social networks. And the most important, I able to interact with each other during activities being carried out and consciously improve my communication skill that would prepare myself better when I would want to start my entrepreneurship.

From all of what I have learned, it could be concluding that the willingness to learn and ready to scarify will help us gaining a lot of knowledge more than we could expect. All of these components should be apply to the life of an entrepreneur as it builds up good personalities of individual on how to manage their task well and perfectly. Throughout all these components, it able to make a person think rationally when making decision and guide them work systematically in their management that would brought them efficient work and effective result.

At last, I have quit my part time job after 2 years been working there because I will be going to further my studies at Kuala Lumpur TAR College main branch. But before I was quit from my work, I ever being relocated to another branch of restaurant during the period I was still working, it is due to shortage of workers at that branch During this changes, it allow me to train ability of my adaptation to new environment.

However, I was still fully utilize my free time after go to KL by conducting some cloths selling through social network - facebook. It is surprisingly I have earned quite ideal amount of profit though the cloths selling activities. Afterwards, I have started to analysis the pattern of cloths that is more preferable by customer and start to target the pattern/style of cloths to be sold to social network users.

During the periods when I was running this business, I liked most the flexibility of working time because I can choose to work based on my own schedule and my own free time without any restriction of working hours. On the other hand, making such selling activities through social network could able to reduce my start up cost which is the things I liked most too since I was still a student that do not having much financial support.

But what I liked least about this business was the common characteristic this selling activities. There was too many similar selling activities being carry out in same social network, and yet they are having competitive advantages in their low cost selling price that will significantly affect our customer flowing. Secondly, the things that I liked least was the quality of cloths being supply by supplier was not having a standardize quality which means there will be also poor quality of cloths being supplier to us. This will seriously affect my image to customer in broken promise of supply goods of high quality.

Well, if I ever work for a larger company, what I liked most was the chances to gain experiences since at larger company there will be more things to be learned and it will provide me the chance to study new things too. Besides, I was also liked most when in large company, there will be many ideas sharing among each others that will also increase my knowledge that is precious to me.

But there was also some things that I liked least which is the conflict occur in company this is because the larger an organization the easier conflict occur among the employee because it is too much of opinion from each other and also disagreement from each other and yet it is hard to solve when there was no spirit of concession from each others.

As summarization, I found out that time management and self management is crucial to entrepreneurial strength that to support a good management of task. However, only the conflict occurs will be the entrepreneurial weakness to build a good management structure. It will seriously affect the judgment of us when doing decision in condition of full of conflict thus it will significantly affect the result of task performing.

After being seeing a lot of successful entrepreneur in real world, I was always been admiring a very successful entrepreneur named Donald Trump. He is the pioneer in real estate business that starting his working by helping his father in late 1960s. The strong ability in his career management and the creativity of his thinking has brought him the priority of getting success. He is getting well know to public by when he successfully transforms a falling complex become a fantastic complex that brought him a huge amount of profit. Afterwards, he found Trump Entertainment Resort and now he was the chairman and president of The Trump Organization.

He is always being my roles model because of his attitude and spirit towards his responsibilities. He even did not give up easily when facing failure instead he was keep on action to make his dream come true. He ever faces the biggest failure in his life which is being forced to agree to a bankruptcy plan regarding to his failure in making payment of his own personal debts that over $900 million excluding his business debt. It could be hard to imagine how huge the debt he is having. But, he is not stop on doing his business instead he manage to turn his business out of debt and now he is becoming a successful entrepreneur.

In the journey on entrepreneurship, Donald Trump has inspire me that we should not easily give up when we facing failure and obstacle instead we should change the ways we handle the problems and think creatively to turn the crisis facing become opportunity. It just like what Donald has done in the way how he manages his debt.

Besides, Donald Trump also has motivate me that we should having extra ordinary of thinking and creation over others people so that we only could be prior in what we has done compare to others. For example, the transformation he has made on a falling complex to a fantastic complex. It has shown to us that there was nothing is impossible as long as we able to fully utilize the available resources.

On the other hand, the area that I admired Donald most was his personalities that always shown out his confident in doing everything. He was confident enough to implement what he think is potential and worth to do. At the same time, he was also having strong ability in manage his business well that could brought him maximum of profit. His confident has brought him the very first step moving towards successful.

Besides, the area I admired Donald was his judgment in making decision, he is a person that dare to take risk in order to achieve his aim and thus his willingness has brought the return to what he deserve.

Based on Donald characteristic, I has adapt the characteristic in my life such as willingness to dare to try, dare to take risk and the spirit to sacrificed when in performing my task. For example, I willing to try on my online selling activity through social network provided and work it out in my best to get ideal result in return.

As conclusion, Donald Trump has greatly influenced my thinking over the important of management in every task. it is critical in deciding the result we would get which is either success or failure. Besides, the creativity of Donald also has influenced me that we should always have the spirit in discover new things that potential to brought ideal return. And lastly, I learned must to be independent and dare to try in order to get success.

After I have been run the business of cloths selling through social network, I possess some strength of attributes that assist me to more controllable to my business. These include commitment and determination to control over the business. It is a great opportunity to start up a business when there is high demand of product or services. Thus, I am able to analysis the pattern of sell well’s cloths and focus on the current demand. This is to guarantee I could make continuous profit from my business and gain good reputation from customer.

Besides, I was also take precedence on the motivation to excel, as I will keep on putting effort on what I am doing until reaching my target. Therefore, I could able to able to solve the problems faced and planning out strategic in short time to ensure my business performance in good condition.

On the contrary, my weakness in entrepreneurial will be lack of leadership. As we know, it is necessary to having a good leadership behavior in entrepreneurship so that we could guide our team moving toward target achievement. Although I able to be self starter, but I was weak in persuasive skill that could not build up other’s confident towards me. It was definitely poor in leadership. Besides, I also having low tolerance of risk as I could not able to manage my business well when there was huge chances occur on my business.

Meanwhile, in the requirement of entrepreneur role, the ethics and integrity will be the highest rate that I rank myself. Since it is an important component that could help me gains customer’s satisfaction and trust. Thus, my reputation will be keep on maintained in trustable business dealing. Next would be my following strength in accommodation to venture, which is a desire to start up a business, expand its scope and make it the best in performance.

As for entrepreneur role, I would rate the stress handling as my weakest role. As it, I am slow in response when I was in stressful condition. It will always take me long time to adapt to the stresses faced, it is definitely a negative behavior that should not having in entrepreneurship. It is especially when I am facing problem lack of financial support. Thus, stresses were always the fact that makes me weak in entrepreneurship.

After go through all the skill and competencies, I would rank the area of marketing and finance as my strongest area and weakest in area of law. In marketing field, I was rating myself high in the field of market research and evaluation, marketing planning, product pricing, distribution and product management and also new product planning. As this is what that I have been done to my online selling activities such as analyzing cloths selling pattern, analyzing cloth’s pricing and other in order to get higher profit. Whereas my weakness in law business field because I never has been approach to business field/ sector related to law of corporation, law of contract and also law of taxes. Therefore, it would definitely was weakness to venture in this sector.

As conclusion, I have concluded that I was having a strong desire to become an entrepreneur. Since I was now moving towards my target closely by started my own small business online based on what I want and what I think is potential. However, entrepreneurial is not as simple concept that we though. Instead, it must be coordinate with a lot of component to make it perfect. These components are such as relevant social and working experiences, adequate resources, a good environment, and others. Besides, it must be also comply with our own personal positive behavior such as good in decision making, dare to take risk and others.

Apart from that, in order to be distinct in performance of our entrepreneurship, we should always ready to sacrifices our self in our business. There must be lots of effort required to make on our business so that it could able to provide a different view to public. At the same time, it would make our business in priority to be selected by public for their purpose.

Other than this, we also should have a good total immersion on what we are moving towards. This is means by, the necessary to adapt our business environment changing speed and make better changes accordingly. This would be the great chance to grab the opportunity for our business’s target achievement. Without any immersion, we could not able to know the demand that required by the surrounding environment, thus consequently we will easily get failure in entrepreneurship.

It is the persistent that we willing to put effort on our business and the level of responsibility we taken into our business. It is greatly motivated me to continue my venturing journey as the higher demand required there will be the higher opportunity giving to us and subsequently the easier we get successful. Besides, the living style that keep on upgrading to more realistic and materialistic, it become a forces that pushing me towards the desire to get successful in entrepreneurship.

Whereas the impression I get was the important of self-verification and self determination in entrepreneurship. Self verification is so means by the spirit and the ability to analysis surrounding demand and come out with strategic for entrepreneurial. So that opportunity will be keep in perspective to me in advance. On the other hand, self – determination is the persistent to continue our entrepreneurship no matter what is facing in entrepreneurship. If we are not enough strong determine to continue when facing obstacle, it could easily cause failure to our entrepreneurial.

At the same time, I have anticipated the study of the dynamic, actor as well as the causes of a conflict between my target, value and the demand entrepreneurship. The linkage of these component has assist me in the better role understanding so that could build up my confident and also responsibility.

By the time when I was 70 I wish I could having the right of control over a restaurant that has over 10 branches over Malaysia that was selling various combination of cuisine. Since in the past I was build up my interest in doing food services business, thus I hope that my target will become real based on what I has planned and started now.

With the trend nowadays and also with the development of technology, I believe that it would be strength for me in venturing such kind of business services. And within next 7 years after I has graduate, I hope I could able to own a restaurant that having stable income which enough to improve my living now.

Meanwhile, I was also will plan to have second branches within these 7 years. In order to achieve my goal in next 7 years, I was required to plan well on the action I going to take in every perspective such as location for a good restaurant, surrounding environment and others.

But, if I have exactly one year from today to live, I would like to spend out all my saving in doing meaningful things such as travel around the world to get more knowledge and also travel experiences that I never experiences before.

Apart of this, I would also donate out part of my saving for charity purpose as I knew there was a lot of people are waiting us to lend a hand to them because they are having limited ability in their life. Lastly, I also would have spent my remaining of times in accompany my families member since I have not much more time to accompany them again and I should appreciate the moment left together with them.

In future, I wish that I could really successfully invest and venture in food services business that was opening up a restaurant and opening of second and next branches in around Malaysia. In order to make my target become true, I was seriously required a good plan about of future and a good strategic on the step of implement my goals. Besides, it is also important for me to have enough knowledge, resources and also financial support so that I could make sure my plan will going smoothly along my plan.

On the other hand, I was also has analyze the possible obstacle that would be facing in future in my entrepreneurship journey which was such as economy crisis, losing retention of customer , the growth of competitor in same sector and otters. All of these obstacle will seriously affect the level of my target accomplishment, thus I need to have enough resources to face all these obstacles to minimize the chance getting failure and mistake. Besides, I also must always have backup planning that use to confront the situation that happen out of expectation so that it could able to give a warranty of my own business survival.

Conclusion

As conclusion, in order to achieve my goal within target period, I need always monitor the progress of my own in planning my future. This is because we are the leader that making critical decision for in our entrepreneurship, it is to avoid missing up the substantial component to get successful. Besides, involvement in the process would be helping me more understand on current condition of my own business and also ensure my business is keep on tracking the progress.

On the other hand, it is important for me to seeking other resources that could able be act as backup when there was any out of expectation’s emergency occurs. This is to ensure that there will be sufficient resources always be ready for me to deal with the environment changing.

Therefore, in order to be a successful entrepreneur, we should make it by our self with action taken together with proper and appropriate strategic planning. This is because, entrepreneur are made but not born.
